In order to further enhance the professional skills and practical abilities of our frontline employees and build a high-quality industrial workforce, our company organized vocational skill level training for vehicle workers (Level 4) from December 26th to December 28th. This training adopts a dual track teaching mode of "theory+practice", aiming to comprehensively improve the comprehensive technical level of the students.

Theoretical Course: Consolidating Professional Foundations
In the theoretical course segment, the company invited senior industry expert Mr. Chen Xiaohai to serve as a lecturer, focusing on the four level vocational skill standards for automotive workers. He systematically explained core theoretical knowledge such as safety education, the use and maintenance of vernier calipers and micrometers, input and programming of machining programs, and comprehensive machining examples. In class, the students are fully focused and carefully record the key points of knowledge.


Workshop practice: hone strong skills
Theory guides practice, and practice tests theory. In the practical workshop stage, students apply what they have learned in class to actual production scenarios. Under the on-site demonstration and careful guidance of the instructor, the students practiced key skills such as armor process and CNC machine operation one by one. Every step of the operation has been meticulously disassembled, from tool selection, execution of safety regulations, to the sequential arrangement of the process flow, all of which have been demonstrated in a standardized manner.
